Each LEA should register for all four CALPADS sessions (Trainings 1-4). The same two people should plan to attend all sessions if possible.

For Webex and face-to-face trainings, each local educational agency (LEA) is permitted two seats maximum per training session.

For self-paced trainings, there is no limit to the number of people who can register.

For web conference sessions, a “seat” is defined as a phone line that will be used to call in for the session. LEAs wishing to have more people participate in the CALPADS trainings are encouraged to participate in the web conference training sessions via a conference room at the LEA with a speaker phone, a computer, and projector so that more people can take advantage of the web conference training.

To register for a Webex or face-to-face training session, find a desired training session and click on the Enroll link. Only one registration form should be completed if all individuals from an LEA will participate in a web conference session using one phone line. If an LEA’s two training seats will be used by individuals using two different phone lines, complete two separate registration forms. Due to limitations in the number of seats available, group attendance is encouraged whenever possible.

To view a list of persons already enrolled in a training session, find the desired training session and click on the View Registrations link.

PLEASE BE SURE YOU SIGN UP FOR THE CORRECT TRAINING SESSION! If you need to cancel a registration for a training seat, please send your name, the LEA name, the session name, and date and time for the registration that needs to be cancelled to support@csis.k12.ca.us
