CSIS DataGate Setup |

| Instructions: CSIS DataGate setup consists of two parts, the JRE installation and the digital certificate installation. Please follow the steps below to complete the process. | |
PART 1 - JRE SETUP - Please follow the steps outlined below to perform a new installation. |

| JRE Installation | Step 1 - Read the Java Runtime Engine (JRE) setup instructions. Step 2 - Install the Sun Microsystems JRE (version 1.6 U18)

PART 2 - CERTIFICATE SETUP - Please complete ONE of the sections below to obtain a new certificate, renew an existing certificate or replace an expired or unusable certificate. |

| New Certificate - for new users only | Step 1 - Download the following certificate applications Step 2 - Fill out the application, print it, get it signed, and fax it to the number at the bottom of the form. Make sure that the writing is legible and double-check the e mail address. Incorrect or misread information could result in an invalid certificate. Step 3 - Wait for an e-mail on how to complete the request process (Note: LEAs are advised to check their spam filter or contact support if they do not receive the e-mail within 48 hours). |
| Renew Certificate - for certificate that will expire soon | Read and follow the Certificate Renewal Guide |
| Reissue Certificate - for an expired or otherwise unusable certificate | E-mail support with a request to have your certificate reissued. Use Certificate Reissue as the subject, include your County District number, and include a phone number where you can be contacted by support if necessary.
